Do I need to send you my camera to get an HD Video Tap?
No, for our existing video tap products, they can be shipped and installed by the user. Please
check the individual instruction manuals to see how they work.
Can you make an HD video tap for another camera not currently on your website?
For new HD tap designs, we would need to have the camera body at our shop in Los Angeles to
measure, design, and test with.
Can your HD Tap display the camera’s footage count & metadata?
No. Just the HD image.
I have an urgent project coming up, can you expedite an order?
Usually there is a lead time on new orders, but please check with [email protected]. We can try to find a solution in urgent need.
Do you do VAT exemption for EU customers?
As we’re based in the US we aren’t linked with the EU VIES system. But we can
provide an official invoice for your own VAT deduction after purchasing. No sales tax is
charged on international orders.
